It’s hard to believe it’s been 30 years since the tragic death of John Lennon. I was in high school at the time and our usual revelry was instantly darkened by the news. We were silenced by complete shock and sadness but found our solace hanging on every note of Double Fantasy. The world is honoring John Lennon today with fans gathering everywhere from Liverpool to Central Park to share in his memory.
