We recently ran a post about jazz singer Theo Bleckmann and his colorful renderings of the incomparable Kate Bush songbook [This Woman’s (& Man’s) Work]. As it often happens around here, once we get on something that really piques our interest, we just can’t let it go. We contacted Theo and asked him to share the evolution of his amazing project which he eloquently does on the podcast below. Listen as Theo speaks of his inspiration which only further illustrates the beauty of these special works – both his and hers. Now the only thing missing is a few words from Kate Bush herself. It’s been way too long since anyone has heard from her and our invitation stands.
