Getting Feist-y

One record I’ve had on steady rotation this week is Feist’s latest Metals. It’s the much anticipated follow up to her highly successful The Reminder from 2007 and not only is it all the way good with interesting and varied depth, it also proves she is so much more than that “1234” hit wonder. Expect to hear more from her and this record which is available for listen on Spotify and if you’re into her songwriting process, they’re also featuring some nice interview snippets. You can pick up a free download of the catchy “The Circle Married the Line” from KCRW today and here she is performing my personal favorite “The Bad in Each Other” on the popular British show Later with Jools Holland.
